Hello!
Hi there! My name is Gabriela, and I'm a multidisciplinary photographer based in Atlanta.
My passion for exploring creative technology, photography, motion, and design has allowed me to create stunning visual content over the years. Currently, I’m a Sr. Visual Content Designer at Adobe, where I get to focus on my passion for photography and digital imaging by creating content that transforms how users learn to do things in the Adobe apps.
In 2022, I authored a series of hands-on video tutorials for Adobe Photoshop and designed Adobe Illustrator’s rich tooltips, which was an honor and an incredible opportunity.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with some great brands, artists, and institutions over the years, using my multimedia approach to create work that spans different disciplines. I’ve partnered with esteemed brands such as SCAD, Forbes, and WebMD, creating captivating storytelling photography that resonates with audiences worldwide.
In 2021, I proudly joined the 3D/AR Adobe CoCreate team, where I developed cutting-edge AR filters for Adobe MAX. Additionally, I was invited to share my expertise in creating cinemagraphs using Photoshop and After Effects, as well as crafting interactive photos with augmented reality in Adobe Aero and Creative Cloud, as a guest artist on Adobe Live that same year.
My excellence in the arts earned me the privilege of being a NASA CineSpace finalist in 2019 and 2022, showcasing my short films, Apollo 11 and Welcome to Space, on various platforms, including NASA TV, the International Space Station, Space Center Houston, Australia’s Science Channel, and numerous film festivals. I was also selected as the Winter and Spring Alumni Atelier ambassador and artist-in-residence at the prestigious Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah and Atlanta (GA, USA) for two consecutive quarters in 2017. I’m excited to continue pushing creative boundaries and inspiring others through my work!
