Edge of the Melt is a call to reflect on the future we are all shaping. As glaciers melt and temperatures rise, these images echo the urgency of holding global warming below a 1.5°C rise, reminding us of the profound impact our choices have on the planet.

Drawing on NASA’s space data, this series brings the climate crisis into sharp focus. Too often, climate change is reduced to numbers—carbon footprints, emissions, and offsets—overlooking its human dimension. By juxtaposing everyday symbols like plastic flowers, a beach umbrella, and a lifebuoy against melting ice, the series reintroduces humanity into the climate conversation.

Ultimately, the series aims to inspire a shift in perspective, encouraging us to think deeply about what it means to care for and protect our planet. Can we reverse decades of pollution, adopt sustainable practices, and create a future where we live in harmony with nature?
